NEET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Neet exam is taken every year NTA with some changes in rules and eligibilities. NTA updates it with the admission form realized. We will also update all information when NTA will update. You must have passed 10+2 or equivalent by a relevant board with physics chemistry and biology/biotechnology and English as main subjects. 

  1. Age limited –  candidate should be at least 17  years old before 31st December. And there is no upper age limit for neet aspirants.

  2. Maximum attempts for NEET –  there is no maximum attempt limit for candidat

  3. Qualifying marks in 10+2  –   aggregate numbers in PCB will be counted as a percentage for NEET exam. There is a difference in qualifying marks for different categories.    a. UR- 50%

       b. PwD – 45%

       c. sc/st – 40

4. Nationality – Indian nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs are allowed to give for neet exam.

Neet exam is conducted in offline mode with pen and paper. It is divided into 4 parts physics, chemistry, botany, and zoology, and every part is divided into two sections, section A and section B. in section A there are 35 questions in each. And we can attend all questions. and in section B there is 15 question in each and you can attend 10 out of these 15 questions. if you attend more than 10 questions first 10 questions will be counted. Every question will give you +4 marks and every wrong answer will give you -1 marks. And no marks will be given on skipped questions.

Time period – 3 hours 20 mint

 Total no. of question 200

Question to answer in total 180

Max marks – 720

Type of questions- all question is MCQ(multiple choice question)

Admissions are given in many colleges in the medical field through NEET like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and B.VSc. many students don’t even know about these courses except MBBS and BDS. we are here to give you full information about these courses.

MBBS(bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery)

It is a prestigious degree in the medical field which includes 2 certificates one in medicine and one in surgery. It’s a course of 4 years and 1 year of compulsory internship in a hospital. A total of 91,927 seats is present in India for MBBS of which 48,012 seats are from 322 govt. Medical college.

 

BDS(bachelor of dental science)

 

 

BDS is a well-known course to become a dentist. It is a course of 4 years of the academy and 1 year of compulsory internship. Thereafter you can work in a hospital or can work in a private clinic. After mbbs most of the students prefer bds.Neet gives admission in 27940 BDS seats. 


BAMS(bachelor of ayurvedic medicine and surgery)

 

Most of the students don’t even know about this course.This course includes ayurvedic medicine and surgical knowledge. BAMS is a course of five and a half years. They also provide an internship program. Ayurvedic doctors can use the prefix of ‘dr.’ but they can’t do major surgeries. they are only permitted for some specific major surgeries. nowadays the government is also promoting Ayush hospitals. So BAMS could be your good career option. Neet gives admission in 52720 Ayush seat

BHMS(Bachelor of homeopathy medicine and surgery)

 

It is the course of homeopathy. It is also a five and half-year course like BAMS and they also provide an internship program. Homeopathy doctors cant perform any kind of surgery. This is the course to look for in your future.

neet answer key,results and counseling 2022

This year’s neet exam is conducted on 17th July. the result will be declared by 7th September. and its answer key is released on 31st august by NTA on https://nta.ac.in/ 

Your OMR sheet is also released alongside the answer key. You can check the answer key and OMR sheet using the application number and date of birth on https://nta.ac.in/ 

 

NTA also started the correction window. You can send corrections related to the answer key or OMR sheath. For every correction, you have to pay 200 rupees which is non-refundable even if authorities accept your challenge. The correction window will be closed on September 2 at 11:50 pm. This window is open till 2nd  September and thereafter results will be declared.

Thereafter you have to go to the payment section and pay your refundable and non-refundable counseling and tuition fees which is also different for different categories which we have mentioned above

 

After competition of registration NTA will conduct counseling in 4 rounds round1 round 2 mop up round and stray vacant round. The First 2 rounds will be conducted online and in the fourth round seats will be given to the state quota or authority of the university. If you are selected in any round, you must reach your college for document verification. 

After Neet result is expected to declare on 7th September and after that, the NEET counseling process will be started. Your neet scorecard includes your score and all India rank. After the results, MCC(medical counseling committee) takes the front seat for neet counseling. 

 MCC conducts counseling for 

15% MBBS/BDS seats of states

100% seats of BHU and AIIMS

All India quota seats of JIPMER/AMU/DU/VMMC/ABVIMS/ESIC

And counseling of other seats will be conducted by states authorities which are different for different stat including 85% of MBBS/BDS seats. 

First of all, you have to register at http://www.mcc.nic.in/ including documents and payment. 

Documents required are

2. scorecard or rank letter

  1. Class 10th mark sheet and certificate

  2. Class 12th mark sheet and certificate 

  3. ID proof (aadhar card/pan card/driving license/passport)

  4. Provisional allotment letter
